A group for people actively following the Paleo Diet or for people interested in trying it. It's a regular meet-up for like-minded individuals within Hertfordshire to get together and discuss experiences and ideas, in venues such as restaurants and pubs, farmers markets and shows.

This is a group for all the Paleo folk in London, whether you are a seasoned expert, just starting out or simply curious as to what is Paleo. Join us to get to know other Paleo people around London. The plan is to have a meet up once a month. This will include picnics, potlucks, restaurant nights, happy hours, bbqs, farmer's market's visit, recipes exchanges and if there is interest meatshares or even lectures and/or workshops. I started this club because a year ago I started eating and living a Paleo lifestyle. In the last year I have reaped the numerous health benefits of living this way. This group is about like minded people coming together to swap recipes, success stories, tips and tricks.
